You will love these gluten-free pancakes if you like buckwheat!
For the recipe you will need
. 1/2 cup organic buckwheat flour
. 1 well rounded tablespoon of sorghum flour (can be omitted)
. 2 tablespoons full of coconut flakes ground up or coconut flour
. 2 tablespoons full of flaxseed organic ground up

. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
. 1-2 eggs (cage free organic ) beaten
. 1/2 cup buttermilk or more to thickness of batter or almond milk
. beat together, cook in pan with coconut oil or butter ENJOY!
. ( in the video I said if you used almond milk they would be vegan.
but you would have to use egg substitute also.)
