Sourdough Bread Recipe (VIDEO)

A nice way to get two loaves of fresh sourdough bread with only four healthy ingredients!

You will need :
.  A 5 lb. bag of organic flour– put three cups of flour in large bowl with 1 1/2 – 2 cups starter & 1 1/2 cups water that has 1-2 tablespoons of honey mix well like in video about two minutes.

Let it rise for 4-12 hours. Then place in the refrigerator for 12 hours, take out and  add 2 1/2 (I said 2 in 1 spot in  the video but it is 2 1/2 cups) of flour and 2 teaspoons of salt and 1/3 cup water. Mix well about 4 minutes. Let rise about 1-2 hours or double in size. Then beat down shape into loaves and let rise again till about double or 1-2 hours. Bake in a 430 degree oven for 30 minutes or go by the color you want. Check early — perhaps 25 minutes — in case your oven runs hot.
.  Pink Himalayan salt
.  Water
.  2 Tablespoons of honey or sugar
