juice & zest of 1-2 lemons (if large 1 should do.)
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of raw organic honey or 1 Taps. of monk fruit, or organic plant stevia
1 teaspoon of Dijon style mustard
approximately 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or 1/4 cup of MCT oil + 1/4 cup olive oil
approximately 1/8 teaspoon of pink salt (to taste)
fresh ground black pepper to taste
