Wild caught shrimp in a garlic butter sauce

Delicious, easy to make wild caught shrimp and pasta
what you will need:
8 oz. of dry pasta– cooked according to pkg.
1/2 lb. wild caught shrimp deveined. season lightly with this mixture of 1/4 tsp. of the following pink salt, fresh ground black pepper, thyme, oregano and 1/8 tsp. of paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. You can also use Emeril’s essence. Or if in a pinch just salt & pepper.
2 – 3 Tablespoons EACH of olive oil AND  of butter (kerrygold is best)
4-5  cloves of garlic minced or ran through garlic press
1- teaspoon of dill weed and 1 -2 Tablespoons of  fresh lemon juice with lemon slice for garnish
2 Tablespoons of reserved pasta water
4-6 oz. of your favorite cheese (I used pecorino romano) for a wetter sauce add 1/4 white wine or chicken broth!
