Oven roasted wild caught Salmon with shallot cream sauce

What a great way to get your protein and your healthy omega 3 fatty acids! Super easy and delicious

What you will need:
8 ounce portion per person wild caught salmon
baking pan or dish
coat salmon with olive oil & fresh ground pepper & pink salt to taste
bake @ 450 degrees for 8 mins.& then broil for 4 mins.
serve with cream sauce (1/4 cup sour cream, 1 Tablespoon fat free milk, 2 Tablespoons minced shallots, 1 Tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dill weed,
1 teaspoon lemon juice. Stir together and refrigerate 30 mins, to an hour.)
